This machine is one of the main (biological) organic fertilizer production equipment produced by our company. It is the fertilizer machinery which has been studied, improved and carefully manufactured on the basis of advanced granulating machine in domestic and abroad. FEATURES
1.The machine is mainly used for pellet processing of (bio) organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer and aquaculture processing industry.
2.The granular material processed by this machine has a smooth surface, moderate hardness, low temperature rise in the processing process and can keep the nutrients inside the raw material better. The mixer and the granulation machine are three in one. At the same time, the material is stirred second times at the same time, and the feeder is equipped with the governor and in the production. According to the material dry and humidity adjusting feed quantity, the main engine is not stuck or useless. The main unit integrates the modules, which is equivalent to the work of granulating machines.
3.The pore size of the particles is uniform and the shape is neat. The pore size of the coarse particles can be divided into: 5, 6, 7, and 8. When the user make an order, it can be selected according to the production needs.
4.Due to the low moisture content of particles, it is easy to store, and it can remain in the water for a long time and improve the utilization rate of materials greatly.
The mould of the granulator, mixing and conveying blades are quenched and tempered with corrosion resistant stainless steel. The roller is cast with manganese and quenched and tempered to achieve corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Thus, the output will be increased and the loss of the equipment is reduced.
