There are many ways to eliminate odor, such as water washing, chemical treatment, combustion, adsorption, air dilution, masking, ozonation, plasma and biological deodorization.
In the composting process of
organic fertilizer production process, odor generation stage: it mainly occurs in the initial stage of fermentation. Due to the rapid degradation of easily decomposed organic matter, a large amount of oxygen is consumed, resulting in local hypoxia and the production of small molecule organic matter and hydrogen sulfide. At this time, due to the low pH value, ammonia volatilization is not easy to occur. After about 1-2 weeks, a large amount of ammonia volatilization occurs with the increase of compost pH value. At this time, the compost has gradually completed one fermentation.
Odor suppression and elimination in composting process: odor generation can be inhibited to a certain extent by adjusting the aeration of materials, increasing the ventilation rate and adding adsorption materials. However, due to the large number of fermentation materials, the concentration of odor and the relatively closed site, the odor concentration in the fermentation site is very high, sometimes the ammonia concentration in the site is as high as 300 mg / L. This also caused a lot of nutrient loss. Measures need to be taken to collect and dispose of them.
In the construction of facilities of
organic fertilizer production line, the establishment of appropriate scale deodorization device is the fundamental to prevent air pollution and reduce disputes with surrounding residents.
