In the
process of organic manure production, organic fertilizer can be divided into powder organic fertilizer and granular organic fertilizer.
Among them, the process of powdered organic fertilizer is relatively simple: testing the composition of your raw materials (such as plant ash, furfural residue, humic acid, etc.) and knowing the accurate nutrients and the proportion of nutrients in each raw material plays an important role in the production of organic fertilizer. The general production
process of organic fertilizer requires that the content of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium exceed 5% and the content of organic matter exceed 45%.
Granular organic fertilizer needs equipment, such as drum granulator, drum granulator, organic fertilizer granulator or disc granulator or roller extrusion granulator. The
production of organic fertilizer requires that the raw materials are basically the same as that of powder fertilizer, except that after the binder (bentonite or attapulgite) is added, the finished particles need to be dried by rotary dryer.
If funds are abundant, you can choose a highly automated organic fertilizer granulation production line; if funds are limited, you can choose an organic fertilizer production line that does not include a granulation system in the early stage. After a period of operation, a granulation system can be added according to actual needs, thereby reducing the initial period investment risk.
