The manure from the breeding farm is processed into fertilizer through organic fertilizer production lines

2024/05/25

The manure in the breeding farm mainly comes from animal excrement, wastewater from washing the ground, and feed residues. The amount of fecal pollution is related to various factors such as the scale of aquaculture, animal species, and feeding methods. Taking large-scale pig farms as an example, they may produce hundreds of tons of manure every day. If these feces are not properly treated, they will cause serious pollution to the surrounding environment.

The production process of organic fertilizer mainly includes raw material preparation, mixing and stirring, fermentation and maturation, drying, crushing and screening, and cooling and packaging. Firstly, the collected cow manure will be subjected to preliminary treatment to remove impurities and excess moisture.

Then, mix and stir the processed raw materials in a certain proportion, and send them to the organic fertilizer fermentation equipment for fermentation and maturation. After a period of fermentation, the decomposed organic fertilizer enters the organic fertilizer drying equipment to reduce its moisture content.

Then, after being processed by organic fertilizer crushing equipment and screening equipment, organic fertilizer particles with appropriate particle sizes are obtained. Finally, after the cooling and packaging process, the finished organic fertilizer can be sold at the factory.

The treatment of livestock manure is a key step in achieving environmental protection and sustainable development. By adopting reasonable treatment techniques, promoting ecological breeding models, strengthening policy supervision and technical support, and raising public environmental awareness, we can effectively solve the problem of manure pollution in breeding farms, protect the environment, and achieve sustainable development of animal husbandry.
