In the biofertilizer production line,using the tank aerobic fermentation process is one method to finish the biofertilizer production process.The production process mainly include the raw material processing,adding bacteria and then mix them with other raw materials using the horizontal mixer machine.Entering them into the tank to turn them pile.Secondary adding bacteria to mix them.If we make the fertilizer into granulator,using the fertilizer granulator machine to make the bioorganic fertilizer granulator.In the fertilizer manufacturing process,it is equipped with the dryer machine and fertilizer cooler machine to dry and cool the fertilizer granulator.
In the biofertilizer production line,it not only equipped with these fertilizer equipment to finish the production process,it also include other series fertilizer equipment to finish the production process,like the fertilizer packing machine to finish the final fertilizer production process.
The biofertilizer production line is mainly used to produce the bio organic fertilizer granulator,besides the biofertilizer production line to be designed,these fertilizer equipment also to be used in the npk fertilizer manufacturing process to produce the npk fertilizer granulator.
