Selection of organic fertilizer treatment equipment before fermentation: for large farms that produce more than 100 tons of water washed feces every day, rotary drum screen separator should be selected, with large treatment capacity and high efficiency; For ordinary small-scale farms with less than 100 tons of feces washed by water every day, screw extrusion solid-liquid separator should be selected, with small equipment and low one-time investment cost. For raw material crushing equipment and raw material mixing equipment, the corresponding equipment shall be selected according to the added materials, and the appropriate power and model shall be selected according to the production capacity.

Selection of organic fertilizer fermentation methods: Tower fermentation can be selected in areas with dense population, tight land resources, rainy and snowy weather and high requirements for environmental quality; In places with sparse population, drought and little rain in the north, such as Inner Mongolia and Northeast China, strip fermentation can be selected in areas with low environmental requirements; For places with small population and large site, the requirements for environment and climate are between strip stack type and tower type, and trough fermentation can be selected; UTV covered membrane fermentation can be selected where the output of raw materials changes greatly, the climate is changeable and the site is vast. The specific fermentation equipment shall be selected according to the production capacity and fermentation mode.
