Production process of formulated organic fertilizer equipment: the production process of formulated fertilizer generally includes several basic production links, such as raw material crushing, batching, mixing, granulation, finished product packaging, stacking and warehousing. Each production link is an independent production section. In addition, there is a dedusting air network system. The process flow and equipment directly involved in material transportation and processing are called the main process and main equipment, while those processes and equipment not directly involved in material transportation and processing, intelligent fertilizer production equipment and technology, such as dedusting air network equipment, are called auxiliary processes and auxiliary equipment.\
1. Organic fertilizer crushing equipment: after being processed by the pulverizer, the materials are transported to the batching bin by the scraper or elevator.
2. Organic fertilizer batching equipment: according to the requirements of the production formula, the dynamic metering or static metering will be used to transport the visual conveyors in different batching silos to the mixing device. After weighing the materials of the required weight, they will be sent to the elevator.
3. Mixing: After the materials are put into the mixer, they will permeate each other under the action of the mixer to finally form the formula fertilizer required for production. According to the different working principles of the mixer, this section can be either intermittent mixing or continuous mixing.
4. Finished product packaging: the formula fertilizer in the finished product warehouse is delivered to the finished product warehouse through the quantitative feeding device, weighing, packaging, sewing, and belt conveyor.
