1. Before starting the organic fertilizer production equipment
Due to the fact that the various components of the new equipment have not yet been worn in, it is necessary to warm up the equipment for the first startup, which usually takes 40-50 minutes. For specific operations, first raise the temperature to the point where you can manually pull the triangular belt of the motor until it is free, and then continuously pull the motor 8-10 times according to the normal working option. Continue heating up for about 10 minutes.
2. Temperature regulation after startup
Before starting up, we have conducted preliminary temperature adjustment on the equipment. The treatment of materials in the organic fertilizer production equipment during the production process is determined by the characteristics of the materials themselves. Therefore, further heating is required after starting up, as normal production requires continuous heat supplementation; Adjust different temperatures based on different properties of plastic.
3. During normal operation of organic fertilizer production equipment
During normal operation, the machine temperature should remain stable and not fluctuate from high to low. Near the vent hole, the temperature of the machine head should be maintained at around 200 ℃. At this temperature, most materials can generally be processed well.
4. Shutdown of organic fertilizer equipment
Firstly, the power supply of the host must be cut off, and the device head plug (with a wrench) must be removed. Preheat separately before next use. Because the organic fertilizer production equipment belongs to heavy-duty machinery, it is necessary to strictly follow the corresponding operating procedures and production precautions when operating the organic fertilizer granulation equipment to ensure safe and effective production. When installing, it is important to pay attention to whether the host is perpendicular to the ground. After installation, first check whether the screws of the machine are loose and whether the fan box of the main compartment door is fastened. If there is any looseness, please reinforce it to avoid accidents.
