Organic fertilizer granulator is the behind the scenes hero in shaping high-quality fertilizers

In the production process of organic fertilizers, the organic fertilizer granulator quietly plays a key role and is the behind the scenes hero in shaping high-quality fertilizers.

The production of high-quality organic fertilizers begins with strict screening and pretreatment of raw materials. Organic materials such as livestock manure, crop straw, etc. need to undergo sufficient fermentation and maturation to kill bacteria and insect eggs, and degrade harmful substances. Afterwards, through processes such as crushing and screening, the material particle size is made uniform, preparing for granulation.

The disc granulator exhibits unique advantages in this process. When the material is conveyed onto a rotating disc, the rotation of the disc imparts centrifugal and frictional forces to the material, causing it to continuously roll on the disc surface. At the same time, the atomizing nozzle sprays carefully formulated adhesive onto the material. After sufficient contact between the adhesive and the material, it promotes the adhesion and aggregation of small material particles into clusters. As the disk continues to rotate, these clumps collide and merge, gradually forming particles of moderate size and regular shape. By adjusting the rotation speed, inclination angle, and amount of binder of the disc, the particle size and roundness can be precisely controlled to meet different market demands.

The rotary drum granulator is known for its efficient production capacity. After the material enters the high-speed rotating drum, the plate inside the drum continuously lifts and spills the material, forming a material flow. During this process, the adhesive and moisture are evenly sprayed onto the material. The material repeatedly rolls and collides in the drum, and gradually condenses into particles under the action of the binder. The continuous production characteristics of the rotary drum granulator make it very suitable for large-scale organic fertilizer production, and it can quickly and stably output a large amount of high-quality granular fertilizer.

The roller extrusion granulator uses mechanical extrusion to achieve granulation. The material is forced through a mold with a specific aperture by the push of the screw. Under the strong squeezing force, the material is extruded from the mold hole, forming a continuous strip shape. Subsequently, the cutting blade cuts the strip material to a predetermined length to form particles. The granules produced by this granulation method have high strength and density, which can better resist external damage and are not easily broken during storage and transportation.

Organic fertilizer granulators convert pre treated organic materials into high-quality granular fertilizers through their unique processing methods, providing a solid material foundation for the sustainable development of agriculture.
