Methods of preventing granules from sticking and caking in pig manure organic fertilizer equipment

1 Prevent chemical reaction between raw material components and affect fertilizer efficiency: the fertilizer itself is made of various salts and a small amount of auxiliary raw material formula. In the presence of water, chemical reactions can occur between some ingredients to form double salts and solid solutions. These reactions can even be extended to packaged finished products. Therefore, when producing fertilizer, it is necessary to fully understand the compatibility between raw materials, and conduct pretreatment when necessary, such as pretreatment of calcium superphosphate, and control the reaction that may release crystal water from the interior of compound fertilizer.

2 Prevention of particle agglomeration of pig manure organic fertilizer equipment: good agglomeration is a property that substances change from loose state to lump or whole. This transformation may occur whether it is crystalline or amorphous. The caking phenomenon of fertilizer has a great relationship with humidity. When the material surface absorbs water, a saturated solution will soon be formed. Since the water is absorbed by other dry materials, the dissolved components will precipitate and crystallize. As the material surface is continuously dissolved and recrystallized, a crystal bridge will be formed to cause caking.

3 Prevent the materials of pig manure organic fertilizer equipment from sticking: after the raw materials absorb water, some materials will become sticky, resulting in poor fluidity of materials. During the production of fertilizer, it is easy to hang on the side wall of the production equipment. The thicker the fertilizer is, the smaller the flowing material layer and blanking channel will become, which will lead to poor blanking and affect the stability of ingredients. Generally, the raw material humidity of pig manure organic fertilizer equipment shall be controlled below 60%.
