At present, organic fertilizer fermentation mostly adopts aerobic fermentation tank type turner machine, which can make the fermented materials fully contact with the air, accelerate the propagation process of biological bacteria, and shorten the fermentation time.
Our factory designed a chain plate compost turner machine, suitable for the fermentation of chicken manure, cow manure, sheep manure and other animal manure and straw. The decomposed compost can be processed into high quality commercial fertilizer by rotary drum granulator.
1. The bearing seat of the upender is fixed on the upender frame, and the two main shafts are fixed in the bearing seat. Each main shaft is welded with a number of upender shafts arranged at a certain distance and staggered at a certain angle, and each upender shaft is welded with a upender plate.
2. The compost turning machine is connected with the walking device through the pin shaft. The bearing seat of the walking device is fixedly connected to the walking frame, and the two connecting shafts I equipped with the walking wheel are fixedly connected to the bearing seat. One end of each connecting shaft is connected with one end of the connecting shaft through the coupling, and the two output shafts of the reducer are respectively connected with the other end of the two connecting shafts through the coupling.
3. The electric hoist of the lifting device is fixed on the walking frame, one end of the wire rope is wound on the electric hoist, and the other end is fixed on the frame of the compost turning machine.
