2. Influencing factors of fermentation process. The fermentation process should be carried out according to the amount of material. At present, the fermentation process that meets the national production standard is aerobic fermentation, and the fermentation cycle consists of fermentation, decomposition and secondary aging. In order to meet the standard, choose tank fermentation or stack fermentation as much as possible. Compared with the two, the same production capacity requirements, stacking fermentation occupies a larger plant area.
Another factor that affects the fermentation process is the organic fertilizer fermentation equipment used. Trough fermentation often uses a mobile car one machine multi-tank fermentation, the turnover process directly realizes the movement of materials to the discharge port. The fermentation tank can be transferred in the secondary aging stage to realize continuous fermentation. However, the stacker uses a walking compost machine or a turning machine, which is inherently inconvenient for material transfer. The stage of secondary aging process is often in situ aging, which affects the fermentation cycle.
3. Process influence in the late deep processing stage. The post-processing technology of organic fertilizer equipment is divided into powder organic fertilizer production line process and granular organic fertilizer production line process, and the occupied area and equipment infrastructure investment are quite different.
In the process of granular organic fertilizer production line, in addition to crushing, mixing, pracking and other processes, it is also necessary to dry, granulation, particle grading, particle packaging and so on. Therefore, pellet processing processes often choose processing lines with an annual output of more than 10,000 tons, and small production capacity enterprises often choose powdery fertilizer processing processes.
