Compound fertilizer production process

The compound ,npk fertilizer manufacturing  process:1.Raw materials:urea,ammonium nitrate,ammonium chloride,ammonum sulfate,ammonium phosphate(monoammonium phosphate,diammonium phosphate,bicalcium,procalcium),potassium chloride(potassium sulfate)and other raw materials are provided in a ceratin proportation(according to market demand and soil testing results in various regions)2.Raw material mixing:mix the prepared raw materials evenly stirred raw materials to the granulator for granulation content of the fertilizer particles.3.Raw materials granulation:send the evenly stirred raw materials to the granulator for granulation,which we can use the rotary drum granulator machine or the roller press granulator machine.4.Particle drying:send the particles made by the granulator to the dryer,dry the moisture contained in the particles,increase the particle strength,and facolitate the storage.5.Particle cooling:after drying,the temperature of fertilizer particles is too high,which is easy to agglomerate.After cooling,it is convenient for bagging,storage and transportation.6.Particle classification:the cooled particles shall be classified and the unqualified particles shall be crushed and regranulated,and the qualified products shall be screened out.7.Finsihed film:coating qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of particles
