At present, under the guidance of the concept of circular economy, many distilleries have developed the technology of using distiller's grains as raw materials to produce organic fertilizer. A set of simple distiller's grains organic fertilizer production line, first of all, the waste distiller's grains are centrifugally separated to separate solid distiller's grains and waste water. The solid distiller's grains are used as raw materials to make organic fertilizer with fertilizer granulator. Part of the separated wastewater is hydrolyzed, and then a small amount of trace elements are added to produce flushing fertilizer and foliar fertilizer, and part of the waste water is directly returned to the alcohol fermentation workshop for mixing and development fermentation technology.
It is widely used in harmless treatment of livestock manure, sugar mill filter sludge, papermaking sludge, plant straw, urban sewage sludge, urban domestic waste, peat, soybean meal, potato residue, biogas residue, tobacco residue and other organic wastes to produce organic fertilizer. The organic fertilizer production line combines animal husbandry, planting, industry and fishery organically, taking the path of three-dimensional breeding, comprehensive utilization and ecological virtuous cycle.
Technological process of distiller's grains organic fertilizer production line
Organic waste + fermentation bacteria agent + auxiliary raw materials (crop straw, etc.) → premixing → feeding the raw materials into the fermentation tank → turning and throwing machine to treat the raw materials → fermentation (7-8 days of maturity, dehydration, sterilization, deodorization) → fermentation completion → powdery organic fertilizer (or granulation and deep processing as raw materials to produce round granular compound fertilizer).
Deep processing compound fertilizer production line: batching and metering → mixing of various raw materials → granulation → polishing and shaping (3.5-4mm spherical particles) → low temperature drying → normal temperature cooling → grading screening → finished organic fertilizer → metering and packaging.
