Aerobic fermentation technology of pig manure processing Manure

2023/06/25
Aerobic fermentation of pig manure is a process in which aerobic microorganisms decompose and oxidize part of the organic matter into simple inorganic substances through their own catabolism and anabolism process under aerobic conditions, so as to obtain the energy needed for microbial metabolism. At the same time, a part of the organic matter is converted into new cellular substances, so that microorganisms can grow and reproduce and produce more organisms. The result of fermentation is that the organic matter in pig manure is transformed to humus with high stability.
Fermentation technology of pig manure organic fertilizer

Fermentation raw materials -- pretreatment -- mixing -- fermentation -- reconstitution -- granulation -- packing -- delivery
In the pretreatment process, it is sometimes necessary to crush the raw material with
organic fertilizer machine, and adjust the particle size of raw material. The suitable particle size range is 12-60mm. Crushing and screening can increase the surface area of raw materials, facilitate microbial reproduction and improve the fermentation speed.
(1) The composting process of pig manure fertilizer requires that the moisture content of the compost should be 60% - 75% of the dry material, that is, when the material is held tightly by hand, there will be water droplets extrusion, indicating that the moisture content is moderate.
(2) In the early stage of composting, good ventilation conditions should be maintained, such as stacking on the ground, using a ground
compost windrow turner, or putting materials into fermentation trough, and using a trough compost turning machine.
(3) The internal temperature of compost can be controlled between 50 ℃ and 60 ℃. When the temperature is higher than 65 ℃, the compost can be turned over or water can be added to cool down the temperature to facilitate the preservation of nitrogen.
(4) The C / N ratio of composting material is 25:1, which is conducive to the decomposition of organic matter by microorganisms. Urea can be added appropriately in the process of straw fertilizer composting.
(5) Control the appropriate pH value. During composting, 1-1.5 kg lime and other alkaline substances were added to every 50 kg straw to adjust the pH value of compost to about 7.5. The hygienic standard of high temperature composting is that the mortality rate of Ascaris lumbricoides eggs is 95% - 100%, and the breeding of flies can be effectively controlled. There are no live maggots, pupae or newly emerged adult flies around the compost.
