In the production and processing of Stevia leaves, many waste residue is produced. The bio fermentation agent is added to the residue of Stevia. Through the biological fermentation treatment and fertilizer manufacturing process, the organic fertilizer can be deodorized, decomposed, insect killing, sterilized and harmless treated into biological organic fertilizer.
Using Stevia Leaf Residue to Process Bio-organic Fertilizer
Before composting, the total water content of leaf residue was reduced in advance, that is to say, a certain proportion of crushed dry matter was added, such as straw powder, chicken manure dry, wood bran, rice bran, etc. The total water content was controlled at 65% after full mixing to give full play to the microbial activity.
When mixed, the non pathogenic humic agent which can promote the decomposition of materials and deodorize the deodorization function is added. The functional bacteria added after the material is decomposed are mainly nitrogen fixing bacteria, phosphate bacteria and silicate bacteria, which can produce fertilizer effect.
Because Stevia leaves are acidic, a certain amount of lime powder should be added to mix to make the pH value of the compost approximately neutral, so as to facilitate the growth of beneficial microorganisms.
After high temperature fermentation for a period of time, all the raw materials in the compost are matured, the odor disappears, and the pathogenic bacteria, insect eggs, grass seeds, etc. in the raw materials are killed.
Through the professional fertilizer manufacturing process, the fertilizer is granulated and bagged into commercial granular fertilizer.
