Core Operational Process
Feeding and Mixing: Powdered material is continuously fed into the machine via a metering feeder.
Shearing and Compression: High-speed stirring blades (with adjustable speed) forcefully shear and mix the material, ensuring uniform distribution of the binder.
Rolling Granulation: Driven by centrifugal force, the material rolls along the inner wall of the cylinder; fine particles continuously adhere to one another and grow in size (the "snowball effect").
