The overall structure of a double roller extrusion granulator can be divided into four main parts:
Frame:Constructed from medium carbon steel plates and channel steel, this frame supports all working parts and requires sufficient rigidity and stability to ensure the two rollers maintain precise relative positions under high pressure.
Transmission Connection:This consists of a motor, pulleys, V-belts, a reducer, sprockets, chains, and couplings. Some models employ a dual-input transmission method, which improves the input power ratio and enhances the lubrication and sealing performance of the transmission gears.
Extrusion Working Part:This is the heart of the equipment. It includes the bearing housing, a pair of high-pressure rollers, and the main shaft. Crushing and screening section: This includes the crushing roller bearing frame, crushing roller, screen, etc. The extruded sheet material is crushed and screened here, separating the finished product from the return material.
