






The half-wet material crusher is specifically designed for wet, sticky organic materials with a moisture content of 25%-55%, making it an essential piece of equipment for the raw material pre-treatment stage of organic fertilizer production lines. As a new type of high-efficiency, dual-stage reversible rotor crusher, it offers far superior adaptability to material moisture content compared to traditional crushing equipment.
The half-wet material crusher mainly adopts the design of two-stage rotors working in series. After the material enters the equipment from the feed port, it first enters the upper rotor crushing area and is initially broken into fine particles under the impact of the high-speed rotating hammer head; then the material is thrown into the lower rotor crushing area and is again finely crushed by the high-speed hammer head. In this process, the material particles collide and grind with each other at high speed in the crushing cavity to achieve the composite crushing effect of "hammer powder, material powder", and finally form fine powder that meets the requirements and are discharged directly from the discharge port.
Livestock and poultry manure: chicken, cattle, sheep, pig, and duck manure; agricultural waste: straw, mushroom residue, sugarcane bagasse, and traditional Chinese medicine residue; industrial waste: filter mud, distillers' grains, and cassava residue; solid waste resources: municipal sludge, fermented household waste, and humus soil.

This crusher accommodates moisture levels ranging from 25% to 55% in organic fertilizer materials derived from biological fermentation. This means that materials such as fermented chicken manure, municipal sludge, medicinal residues, and distillers' grains—typically containing 20%-50% moisture——can be fed directly into the machine for crushing without the need for pre-drying. For organic fertilizer manufacturers, eliminating the drying stage translates to lower equipment investment, reduced energy consumption, and a streamlined production process.
A major issue with traditional crushers is wet material clogging the screen. The semi-wet material crusher completely eliminates the screen/bottom-sieve structure; it can process over a hundred types of materials without any risk of clogging. This design not only solves the clogging problem but also significantly reduces maintenance frequency and equipment downtime.
The crusher‘s hammers are made from high-alloy, wear-resistant materials and are forged for superior durability and wear resistance compared to standard hammers, resulting in a significantly longer service life. Additionally, the equipment features a bidirectional gap-adjustment mechanism: as the hammers wear down, they can simply be repositioned for continued use without requiring repair. Furthermore, the discharge particle size can be controlled by adjusting the gap between the hammers and the liner plates.
Through a two-stage crushing process and inter-material grinding, the crusher produces fine, uniform particles——achieving a fineness of 50-80 mesh——that directly meet the feed requirements of organic fertilizer granulation equipment.
